friendly staff but breakfast options need enhancement
I really appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness during my stay. they made us feel welcome. The fitness center offered a variety of equipment choices, perfect for staying active. The breakfast was substantial each morning, providing enough energy for our day. We loved trying local dining options nearby, with the Black Iron Grill being a culinary highlight.
The breakfast options could definitely use improvement.

The Warmth of the Staff Shines
Brenna’s friendly smile greeted us at check-in and made us feel right at home. The bright breakfast area was a perfect start to our day, and her personal touch made all the difference.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were disappointing. Cold, pre-packaged pastries didn't match the warmth of the staff. Also, we faced issues with the loud AC unit that kept us awake.

It was just a fitting option for strolling in Miles City with outstanding value for money. The staff were really helpful with check-in and even changed my room to the ground floor when I requested. If you need laundry facilities, they have great washers and dryers for just a buck a load.

Perfect for weary travelers
The staff here, like a well-trained chemist, knew just how to make everything work smoothly. I had a real surprise with the breakfast-they had a buffet of hot and cold items that was far beyond my expectations, particularly those cinnamon rolls that my son couldn’t get enough of.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still worth the price for the comfort we found.

The room was comfy and clean. The front desk staff were warm and made the check-in smooth—could've sworn I was at a tea party! Loved the cozy vibes.
But, darling, my kitchenette was more of a 'kitchen-not'—where's the kettle? Not asking for much, just a bit of magic!
